id like an app for windows properly in the microsoft store when you download it by browser it has this bar at the top that just annoys me so much it makes me feel like that its not an app so please make an app in the Microsoft store im desperate somebody make an app within 3 months for windows
Just because you do not like the title bar in the app, you want others to make a completely new one? How about you just try to get rid of this bar by yourself? It took me two minutes to find: F11. Case closed, right?

why would you not use a shortcut from add to homescreen?
Lichess can run as a "progressive web app". Give that a try.
