I've added some more cool features to LiChess Tools, as well as solving some bugs.
I've added a Recent Games lobby section, which will show your most recent games in the lobby, where the play buttons are:

Then I've also added an option to see the Request computer analysis button immediately as your game ends, under the chat window. See more at Go to Analysis on game end
After many requests from users I've finally added a legend to the analysis chart, with the option to toggle various lines by clicking on it:

A lot of changes to Move Assistant! Now it shows weak/outpost squares, isolated/backward/hanging pawns and possible pawn breaks:
Finally, I've added a First Interaction theme that will make the page slightly grayscale until you interact with the page. This is useful in some scenarios where the sounds don't play until you make a move. More at Themes.
