how to get a streamer badge?

I click on the streamer's page, and it immediately says:The Lichess streamer's page is tailored to the audience whose language is represented by your platform. Set the correct default language for your chess streams in the app or service you use for broadcasting.
And so I can't even submit it for review. Although I've changed the country and language everywhere, including OBS, YouTube, and the Creative Studio. What could be causing this?

What is your Streamer page?

I saw your stream on YouTube. In the titel you mentioned "Игра на Lichess, игра со зрителями".
Include the keyword "lichess.org" in your stream title and use the category "Chess" when you stream on Lichess.
