Im getting nothing out of playing 2200s. i win i get +3 at most and when lose i will get -9 plus the tilt. it will be better for them to show respect by aborting when matched with someone 200+ above their rating.
When I matched 2900 i had enough respect to abort since they are much much better than me.
where is the automatic feature you speak of?
The best way to improve at chess is to play against somebody who is much better than you. These games are extremly valuable, why would you abort?

Do what you want. Learn the hard way. Play all the worst moves first and you will still not know which is best.
I don't need to touch fire to know it burns. There is nothing to learn form touching it. Don't play players that are twice your rating. You will only get burned out. Rating is like weight lifting, pick what you can pick up and do reps with.
