Test E2E games

I would like to make an alt account an play casual arranged games against it, stimulating different lag.

Given the synchronization among the two clients on my control, I would be able that way to test how really clock is handled by the platform.
I know it's against rules, but maybe there's a proper way to do so for only testing purposes (in the right environment or with a testing "flag") that makes it acceptable.

So I am asking, is there a legit way a random user like me could arrange this kind of tests?

You could play as two anonymous users. ("Challenge a friend" gives you a URL to pass to your friend, who doesn't need an account)
You could set up your own lila test server on a linux box, and do whatever you want.

Eh Lila on my system is too heavy I think (I have an old machine not sure if support Pod also..)

Anonymous game are also an interesting suggestion, any staff member can confirm is a viable way?
