It is not possible to rotate (flip) the board in studies in the new app.
In general flip board button should be more accessible in the browser also
On a desktop browser you can use the "F" keyboard shortcut.
And on desktop you can press "?" to see all the available keyboard shortcuts on any given page
On the desktop I know that . on the mobile app it is not possible
