I can ́t report a user

Hello,

I recently reported a user who clearly insulted another user. I did not receive any reponse and the insulting comments are still shown in the blog. I have reported this incident three times without any result so there surely has to be some kind of failure with the reporting system.

You almost never get a response to your reports. And not seeing an action does not necessarily mean no action was taken.

I suppose I'll have to accept that the harsh insults won't be removed from the comment. And that reports by the community won't always be answered. Very disappointing, but perhaps unavoidable with a free chess server.

And i dont get for what sake they hide this from us.
