The Hardest Chess Variant Explanation - Chess 960
The hardest variant in chess, is actually chess 960, also known as freestyle chess.Intro:
Hello, I just wanted to let you know that actually hardest variant is not atomic, antiches, racing kings, crazyhouse or spell chess and these variants. In variants I showed you before, have harder rules, than chess 960, but it's EASIER to play! 99.9% of Lichess players, know rules of chess, so chess 960. Yes chess 960 have same rules as standard chess, but the starting position is different. In next text of the blog I will explain it.
Chapter 1
The game is invented by, 11th World Champion Bobby Fischer! The board, the pieces and the rules are the same as chess; the difference is that the pieces in the back rank are randomized. The reason it's called Chess960 is because there are 960 possible positions.
Chapter 2
Why is Chess960 is hardest variant?
The answer is because in Standard Chess, every good chess player know a bit of theory (openings). But as the in Chess960 there is randomized positions, it's impossible to make, remember a theory, even 1 move! So you must think where to put your pieces, and these positions after 5th moves, are new to our brain, and it's hard for brain to understand, what is the plan.
Chapter 3
Freestyle chess tournaments, are very popular on GM's level right now. And Grandmasters are literally unbeatable at chess960, because their level of playing are very high, and this level is needed from the first move.
Chapter 4
