This is pure nonsense! Colossally wrong! I've already explained everything to the author in detail in this thread:
https://lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/rating-deflation-or-inflation-on-lichess?page=3
He initially tried to argue, but then disappeared from the thread when I sent him a link to a website that compares all FIDE, Lichess, and Chess ratings. I won't repeat all the arguments (there are many) here (they're in the thread linked). I'll just show one of them (but the strongest one). This is a link to a website that calculates the correspondence for all FIDE, Lichess, and Chess ratings in all ranges. This is based on comparing the ratings of hundreds of players (not, as the author here absurdly chose just a few). They regularly update the ratings there to reflect more current data (the ratio changes slightly over time). Link to this:

Here's a link to the comparison of all ratings (FIDE, Lichess, and Chesscom):
https://chessgoals.com/rating-comparison/
People regularly measure a large sample of players (many hundreds of players, not just the 5 you picked, as you did, which is so ridiculous). Across all ratings.
They find that a FIDE rating of 2135 (which is higher than what's currently required to earn the title of Candidate Master of Sport of Russia) corresponds to the following ratings:
- USCF 2185;
- Chesscom Rapid 2190;
- Chesscom Blitz 2300;
- Chesscom Bullet 2255;
- Lichess Classical 2245;
- Lichess Rapid 2330;
- Lichess Blitz 2295;
- Lichess Bullet 2400.
That's roughly what I told you. This is many times closer to what I said than to your ridiculous nonsense.

And as another example (just to supplement the previous main one), let's take the first one that comes to mind. I play in the Chess Bundesliga for the Global Russians team. Let's take our most recent game as an example. We played this Thursday (two days ago) in Bundesliga 2 and took first place (and once again advanced to Bundesliga 1; there are 19 Bundesligas in total, with over 500 teams).
Let's take our Global Russians team roster in our most recent game. I finished 10th on the team (and my result was one of the team's points scorers). The places ahead of me on our team (1st, 5th, 7th, and I finished 10th) were taken by two grandmasters and one FIDE Master (and probably a few more masters or grandmasters, but not playing on the title account). They have information in their profiles. Here it is:
- Grandmaster, FIDE rating 2549 in their profile and 2523 on the FIDE website, blitz rating on Lichess 2673;
- Grandmaster, maximum FIDE rating was 2670 (it's in their profile), currently 2450 (on the FIDE website), blitz rating on Lichess 2500;
- FIDE Master, FIDE rating 2288 in their profile and 2284 on the FIDE website, blitz rating on Lichess 2310.
This is just the first one that came up. Compared this to that ridiculous nonsense you wrote? That's it!
