It isn't unfortunately. But, in my opinion, well worth the investment. I learned a ton through the class and will be sharing those lessons periodically through the journey.

How frequent/duration are your coaching sessions? I imagine going over 9 games would take a while :)
Congrats on improving your training routine. I went through NLT at the beginning of the year and liked it.
Once a week for an hour. We just focus on a couple key positions per game:)
