I am tired of my chess.com

Long story short

I suck in chess.com for some reason. I have better ratings on other systems. You can see them in my lichess id. My chess.com rating really demotivates me. I know you may say rating is just a number. But bro, I don't think it is a sufficient answer in my case. Chess.com rating has demotivated me like since I got it. (Its now around 650)

Should i close my chess.com for good?

I perform worse here than on Chess. However, I use both to improve my game play because Chess has something Lichess doesn't and vise versa. You should figure out what works for you on both sides and take advantage of all the resources you have.

Ratings are relative i.e you cannot expext rating 1000 f.ex coresponds to same skill level on two different sites or time controls.
