Lichess Puzzle Ratings not constant - goes down as more puzzles are solved.

I'm not sure if this is something that is an intended feature of this platform, but something I have recently noticed is that as I solve puzzles (2350 range) I start out getting +15s and +17s but then it slowly goes down to +7 and +6.

Current Puzzle Run
+17 +16 +14 +12 +14 +11 +12 +14 +10 +13 -24 +11 +11 +8 +10 +10 +9 +8 +7 +9 +9 +9 +7

This shows a clear decline from relatively high puzzle gains to mediocre puzzle gains.

I am wondering if there is a reason behind this or if this is just how it is.

The higher you get the lower your RD no? so it gets progressively more difficult and keeps your rating true to your level , I think ,as far as I understand it xxx

While this is true I have seen that as I start the next day or a few hours later it starts back up again in the higher ranges,
