Knight & Bishop Mate (Interactive Lesson) *correction*

At this link: https://lichess.org/practice/checkmates/knight--bishop-mate/ByhlXnmM/D23EYigW
under the board it reads:

"The first thing to note, is that we can only checkmate the King in the corner of the board which is the same color as our Bishop, which in this example is a8 and h1. If we had a dark squared Bishop, we could only checkmate Black on a1 or h8."

The important terms 'force(d)' should be included to be accurate. Checkmate can occur in all corners, but can only be forced in 2 of them.

Possible revision:
"The first thing to note is that checkmate can only be forced in a corner that matches our Bishop's square color. In this example, with a light-squared Bishop, checkmate can be forced on a8 or h1. If our Bishop were dark-squared, we could force checkmate on a1 or h8."

Thank you for catching this and providing a well-thought-out revision! Your correction is important because it clarifies that checkmate can technically happen in any corner, but only forced in specific ones based on the Bishop's square color.

This is also impressive: https://lichess.org/broadcast/2023-fide-womens-world-blitz-championship/round-16/icV7Z1EB/k658RV5m#388

It's 3+2 but an important game (world blitz championship) and the B+N endgame starts as late as after 194 moves of the game.

Yea, Doing that in a 3+2 OTB Blitz tournament is mighty impressive.
