Lately I’ve noticed that Lichess has been putting me in two games at once. Seeing as I can’t play 2 games at once, I am helpless or completely don’t know, and it says I “didn’t move” and warns me against future violations even though I physically couldn’t play the game! Why is this happening?

So it’s intentional? In that case I would like to politely ask Lichess to remove it. It’s driving me Bananas.

No, it isn't intentional.
Are you using the old mobile app by any chance? As far as I'm aware, there were similar incidents involving the older mobile app where users were put in 2 games at the same time and one ended up aborted.
I used to do this all the time ( in longer time controls ) to gain elo fast
