Hi!
Want to hear your thoughts - is the position won for Black?

I am not sure, my first impression is that White is in zugzwang and Black should win. 30 years ago you could spend hours if not days analyzing this endgame, nowadays it is just a matter of looking it up in the tablebases, which I have not done yet.

Engine gives a decisive advantage for Black, but I see no plan TBH,

Rg2 looks like the obvious way to start, forcing White's king to the edge.

Yes.
Yes, the position is won for black. Yes, Rg2 is a way to start. Yes, the plan is to use Zugzwang to ultimately move the king to g4 attacking both pawns and winning one.

And how to proceed after winning the pawn? I see that engine says it is winning, but what the further plan:)

"And how to proceed after winning the pawn?"
- Win the 2nd pawn, advance the own pawn so white has to give up his bishop for it, then checkmate with K+R vs. K.

Could just do what I (and presumably everybody else) did...plug it into the 7-man tablebase. A slightly goofy, roundabout way of winning...but it gets the job done.

yes , but there is some long way for it , not hard moves, but sooner or laterblack should give up a pawn(forced) or retreat with a king and loose pawns
