Hello,
I am trying to set some arrows in a study (with the right click) and the arrow appears but does not get fixed. The, when I click anything, the arrow disappears. Does it happen to anyone else? Do you know how to solve it?
Thank you. All the best.

It's just the way it is, happens to everyone

I think this is very annoying. And it would be great to have a possibility to draw the arrows using other devices without the need of a mouse. You could turn on/off the drawing like in some apps. It would be a big improvement on the studies.

It seems silly to give the opportunity to show these arrows but not allow you to draw them (fixed). I guess that must be a bug.

It's not a bug. The arrows only disappear if you click on the board which is an intended feature so that you can easily get rid of them again after explaining something. If you select a piece or make a move, they stay. So if you want to keep the arrows, just don't randomly click on the board.
And if you're done making the study and don't want to accidentally remove any arrows, you can also always turn off recording via the "rec" button below the board.
I'm not sure if an additional "lock arrows" mode really is worth it.

But the problem is that I cannot write the arrows. For instance, I wanted to show a maneuver with the knight. I wanted to show it with several arrows (c3-a4, a4-b2, b2-c4, for example), but I could not do it.
If that's how it works, okay. Just wanted to make sure.
Thanks!

That's what I wanted to mention. They do not stay in my case. The arrow follows my mouse until I click anything. Then it disappears.
So maybe there is a problem in my study, don't know.

Can you explain the exact order of actions you are doing? My interpretation is: You press down the right mouse button to start drawing, move the mouse somewhere, release the mouse button but the arrow will continue following your mouse until you click again at which point it disappears?
I think I remember somebody having a similar issue but I don't remember how they solved it. What browser are you using? Do you have any extensions installed? Try it in another browser (ideally Edge, Chrome , or Firefox) or in a private/incognito window. Also check your browser console (F12) for any errors.

Yes, exactly. It happens as you described it.
I am using Opera, and it happens in incognito as well. I just tried Microsoft Edge and it works well there.
Thank you for your help.

I think I remember hearing an issue like that with Opera before. I think it's because of their gesture thingy where you can do stuff like hold right-click and drag left to go a page back. Looks like there's a setting to disable it: https://help.opera.com/latest/shortcuts/
