Rating return

I reported a player yesterday, his account was banned and I didn't get my quick rating back. This type of situation is very frustrating, first facing this type of player, then having to look for the games in which he used the computer and on top of that I need to claim my rating

I just had a rating issue as well. Won a game and should have received 6 points but when starting the next game I had lost 10 points instead.

I'm having rating issue as well, my past couple of games I win but no increase in my rating while when I lose they're deducted.
