If I play an casual game against Maia1, after the game it gives me a rating followed by a '?'. So if my blitz rating right now is sitting at 1450, after my game with Maia1, it shows me a rating of 1500? or sometimes even 1700?. Is this just it's estimate of my rating based on my play in that game? Or is it something else?

Your games against maia were classical, not blitz. So it just shows your classical rating
