Do you think Vivek Ramaswamy would make for a good president of the United States?

@pretzelattack1 said in #30:

So you did not comment on my question about the the Ukrainians think, and I take it to mean that you haven't got a clue and that you never looked into it.

Noboby in Ukraine cares about US wars in Vietnam and Korea.

You seem to think like this:

"USA has lied about wars."
"Therefore the Ukrainians are fine with Russia smashing their country."

Really?

how is that possible?

Seems to me pretty straightforward. USA lied about some shady wars. Meanwhile, the Ukrainians don't want their homes bombed. I don't really see a big mystery here lol.

how are you not noticing that Ukraine is losing a war there was never a hope of winning, as Obama and others realized?

We've been over this before. You don't follow the war and don't know what is going on. So you have no way of telling who's winning and loosing.

Russia now is playing defense while taking heavy losses, as that's all they can do. Attrition is eating their USSR-stockpiles.

the natural reaction to a foreign country coming in and taking over your government and installing its preferred faction is to resist, which people in the Donbas did. the neonazis were delighted to receive US support, though.

Oh, I see you take your news directly from the Kremlin.

It's kinda funny that you think USA is lying about everything, but on the other hand you're just eating up Kremlin's disinformation.

You think you're like really making up your own ming and getting to the bottom of things and seeing through the tricks - while you're just getting conned by the Kremlin to think what they want.

But this is not what you think? You think the Ukrainians are happy to be invaded and it is only USA that manipulates them to fight back.

Now, if you should think that the Ukrainians actually want to defend their country, then suddenly USA didn't start the war, right?

I think the Russian parts of Ukraine want to avoid being incinerated by the neonazis the US has been supporting. I think a lot of Ukrainians want peace, and are unhappy with Zelensky's mass censorship and the massive loss of lives in the war, which people like you foolishly think Ukraine is winning, but are afraid of being arrested or harassed. I think the US installed the very people who wanted a war with Russia, and the rest of the country, which wanted peace, had no say in the matter. they didn't want to provoke a Russian invasion, and millions of them have left the country. it takes courage to take on the US, as Imran Khan has found out when the US outed him from office. your whole point is based on a lie; the Ukrainians dont have sovereignty, if they did they would have been allowed to negotiate and implement the Minsk accords. if they had sovereignty Zelensky would have been allowed to implement the peace platform he was elected on. when Ukraine finally falls people like you will forget about it like you've forgotten Iraq and Afghanistan and start mindlessly cheering for the next proxy war, possibly in Taiwan, possibly in Africa where the US is losing influence.

Actually Russia incinerated them already, For instance Bakhmut was russian dominated, but the Russians reduces it to rubble.

If you had followed the war, you'd have noticed Russia completely obliterating the Russian dominated parts.

Not surprisingly, the Ukrainian Russians have not been pleaded with Russia reducing their homes to rubble.

And could you stop the Kremlin propaganda about neonazis?

I think a lot of Ukrainians want peace, and are unhappy with Zelensky's mass censorship and the massive loss of lives in the war,

Good for you, but your fantasies are not very important in the big scheme of things. In the real world, the Ukrainians want to fight.

So I've told you you can easily veryfy this, but you refuse. Instead you get your information from "I think" lol.

which people like you foolishly think Ukraine is winning

The Ukrainians think they will win.

but are afraid of being arrested or harassed.

Stop making things up. You life in the fantasy world where you just invent whatever you want to believe.

I think the US installed the very people who wanted a war with Russia, and the rest of the country, which wanted peace, had no say in the matter. they didn't want to provoke a Russian invasion, and millions of them have left the country.

Kremlin propaganda. Ukraine has the right to trade with EU and apply to join. Euromaidan was a public uprising against the Russian friendly president, that betrayed them and now lives in Russia.

Only because you read Kremlin propaganda do you think Ukraine has no right to seek their own path.

the Ukrainians dont have sovereignty, if they did they would have been allowed to negotiate and implement the Minsk accords. if they had sovereignty Zelensky would have been allowed to implement the peace platform he was elected on.

The Minsk discussion failed because Russia annexed Luhansk and Donetsk.

And also because Russia essentually wants to dictate Ukraine's path for the futiure.

when Ukraine finally falls people like you will forget about it like you've forgotten Iraq and Afghanistan and start mindlessly cheering for the next proxy war, possibly in Taiwan, possibly in Africa where the US is losing influence.

Oh, now you went back to not understanding the Ukrainians don't want to get invaded and it's just USA like egging them on :)

I think many Americans are simply unable to understand the outside world, because you think only Americans have agency. Like you cannot understand decisions are made outside of USA.

Bahmut is a good example of hos far from reality you are.

Before the war Bakhmut was 70% Russian.

And Russia absolutely annihilated the city.

Do you think the Russians that lived in Bakhmut are happy about what Russia did to their city? Really?
