After lichess underwent maintenance, there has been a bug where I cannot see the green progress bars on the clock, even though they are turned on in the settings. I have talked to some friends and I seem to be the only one experiencing this problem. I was just wondering if this has happened to anybody else, and if there are any solutions to it.

Yes, multiple times.
Okay. Could be some browser cache issue or an extension. Next I'd try checking out TV in incognito mode or another browser. Then if it works, clear cache, try again, disable extensions and try once more.
Checking out console for errors could be an idea as well. I think it's Ctrl+Shift+I in Chromium based browsers.
