1. capture all of your opponent's pieces.
2. take all the opponent's pawns.
3. turn the queen, go checkmate.
Okay, here's a couple of "tips": 1) play a ton of games; 2) study a ton of books and videos.

Improve you tactful thinking. This means that keeping an eye out for your opponent's mistakes, while making sure that you dont make mistakes
You can do this by solving puzzles and regularly playing games with opponents to see common mistakes/patterns in your games.

Nooooooo! Just dirty-flag him!
Get checkmated but say it doesn't count, and checkmate their king instead
