Today some of my games started with missing pieces on the board. First occurrence happened in a bullet tournament. My opponent promoted a pawn to queen, but that didn't appear on the board. I lost that game of course. Then in another game from the start itself many pieces were missing. It happened multiple times and I got a screenshot as a proof also.
There seems to be a known bug for Firefox user right now, you can find more about it in the feedback section, afaik devs are aware & working on it.

Ohh, I was using chrome. So the issue is not browser specific then.
