OTB, years ago I beat a master in a rated 5 min game at the famed Marshall chess club. I also drew the same master in a rated 30 min. game at same said club.
At the time I was rated, like 1500 something in USCF Elo.
Winning online against a titled player, just doesn't have the same gravitas as crushing a much higher rated player OTB.
