Hello!
During last couple of days, i am really spammed by flow of invitations to various teams, it became really annoying. Does someone also faced the same thing? Can i somehow protect myself from such spam or the only way is to block every single Lichess user?

If you don't want other users to message you, you can turn that off in the privacy settings,
https://lichess.org/account/preferences/privacy#letOtherPlayersMessageYou
(There is no setting for analyzing messages to figure out if they are likely team invites and block those messages)
Another option is to keep allowing users to message you.
In addition to blocking a user you can also report the user, https://lichess.org/report

I've also received quite some club invitations. I wouldn't call it a flow of invitations, maybe I'm not connected that often. But you're definitely not the only one who gets many unsolicited club invitations.

@Bugcrusher I get them, too. I tell them politely that I will not join and if they insist, I just block them.

Report them. Blocking just passes the problem onto the next person they spam.

Maybe see it as a compliment!
Most teams think having titled players is a good thing!

Sure it can be seen as a compliment and yeah I bet some teams would like to have titled players, but it doesn't make it any less annoying. Even at my humble level I get these occasionally. (I report them.)
