Well, im satisfied with the play of Carlsen. He was not in a disadvantage in either game due to inacuracies or bad play, In both games he willingly accepted a bad position in one side in order to create winning chances on the other.

Carlsen is pushing for an early win. Nepo is just trying to hold on, probably until tiebreak, i dont expect Nepo to fight for a win, he most certainly will try to get a draw and hope to capitalize on one of those games where Carlsen pushes a bit too far for the win.

Nepo is gonna get crushed by the pressure soon.

Nepo is a wimp so far, no doubt. In the second game he was too afraid of a Kingside attack from Carlsen so he bailed out with that c3 move when he could have played for a win.

The moderators on chess.com, including Caruana OTOH, did not even see the Bxh7+, Rd4 threat which Nepo saw and suggested bxa4 for black but even that only leads to a draw.

Yep! I'm not a native english speaker like you are so I use the wrong words sometimes.@Tirthu said in #15:

Nice game but I think many a times both get chance to give pressure on eachother but they both played simple moves and make the game draw

Where did Carlsen play simple moves? At the end maybe?

Rb1 was a mistake. If he plays Be3 he has enough compensation but not more.
If Carlsen only wanted a draw he could have played 8. a4 instead of 8.Ne5. I guess this first computer move has been analysed to a draw by both. It leads to a black pawn sacrifice but white can not win.

It would be nice if the article started with something like:
"Carlsen(White) vs xXx(Black)"

Also on the subject of result and as I've always said...
"Draw is the worst thing that can happen to you.-"

However, that's amazing that in two rounds Magnus and Nipo draw the game by threefold repetition. I guess it shouldn't"t be happening in the 3rd round

Wow,both are good so there are threefold repetition.I support Magnus Carlsen.i wish remaining all games Magnus Carlsen should win.
