Happy LiChess Tools day!

Time flies when you're having fun.

LiChess Tools has been published first on the 10th of May 2023, so may the tenth be with you? I am still may'n'ten-ing it? Not feeling the puns today. Just enjoy the hell out of the thing!

At the moment you will not see great changes to the extension or a lot of new blogs from me, as I am focusing on other stuff first, but I am always thinking about ways to improve LiChess Tools, fixing bugs and keeping an eye on Lichess changes that might break it. Occasionally I add features, because why not?, but the true test of my commitment has to be the rewrite to V3. I have NO idea when that is going to happen, though.

Meanwhile, I am very happy you guys send me feedback all the time and the reviews on the Chrome/Firefox/Edge stores always make my day!

Google went insane and it's showing me random numbers of users like this:

but I am looking at who gets an updated version of the extension in a few days after I publish it and there are at least 8000 of these active people on Chrome alone. That's humbling! Yet I see LiChess Tools growing a lot more, hopefully helping people get closer to chess and the community we have here on Lichess, so spread the word!

I was happy to see that Edge Mobile now accepts extensions and that LiChess Tools is part of their offering, even if for some reason it is a few versions behind what is published on desktop, therefore you can use it on mobile as well now, not only with Firefox Android, but also Edge Mobile and Orion for iOS - although that browser is far from perfect and I have no idea how to debug Orion on iPhones, maybe one of my Apple enabled users can help with that.
