Nowadays it's hard to come up with a sound new idea as early as move 5. Yesterday we looked at 1.Nf3 d5 2.g3, today we will tackle 1.Nf3 d5 2.c4. According to the online database the move 5...a6 (followed by ...g5) has never been seen in OTB. Get ready!
